We are truly humbled to be recognised for our unique artisan art. The British Muslim Awards 2023 is a prestigious event in the British Muslim community and recognises and celebrates the achievements and contributions of outstanding British Muslims in various sectors.
✺November 2022✺ We are pleased to announce that The Craft Studio™ won a prestigious award for 'Small Business of the Year' at the Islam Channel Business Awards! The Awards were held at The Hilton London Metropole on 18 November 2022 and aired live on Islam Channel! The evening recognised some amazing people and celebrated excellence in Muslim business and we are thrilled to have been a part of it. The whole experience has been amazing and we look forward to continuing and evolving! The independent judging panel headed by Sir Iqbal Sacraine OBE, the interviews, the long build up, being shortlisted and appearing live on Islam Channel was certainly nerve-racking but we are proud and humbled to be recognised for our work and achievements!

With over 30 years of handcrafting excellence and expertise, all 3D calligraphy is professionally designed and hand-carved using premium sourced materials, in our purpose built workshop. We feel blessed & honoured to be offering our unique artwork globally, ending 2021 with immense gratitude having sent an artwork commission to The Philippines which meant that our artwork has reached a mind-blowing 58 countries, since we started selling online - Alhamdulillah!
Our work is in the homes of royalty, politicians, sports personalities, respected sheikhs, adorned in mosques, and thousands of client's homes around the world - All praise is due to Allah SWT. We have served over 15k clients world-wide, since we started selling online.

Sizing details
Our standard sizes are listed on each product page. Bespoke and custom size requests welcome.
We also offer artwork up to 30mm thick so if you like a design and would like it cut thicker please contact us to discuss.
Is your art handmade?
Yes. 100% handmade & handcrafted. All of our designs are lettering is hand-carved / hand cut and finished. We don't use laser or CNC for cutting lettering, as we are traditional artisans providing a unique finish where the beauty of handcrafted shines through.
Your purchase is supporting and preserving an artisan skill. Check out our social media pages for making videos and processes which you can access at www.linktr.ee/thecraftstudio.
As our artwork is handcrafted it allows for total control over concepts, quality, design, cut and depth of 3D artwork unlike laser / cnc, which can be limited in thickness (and sad to say often a bad copy of an original artists work!).
We are interested in purchasing, can we view your artwork?
We don't have a retail shop and all sales globally are online alhamdulillah. All our artwork is made to order and you are more than welcome to view our work that we are working on.
This can be arranged via Zoom meeting or Whatsapp Video Call. Please get in touch to discuss arranging a meeting. If you are interested to see a particular item let us know and we will let you know when we will be working on that artwork.
We are a mosque and interested in a large display. Can you help?
Absolutely - In'shaAllah. We have worked on artwork for the first Muslim Scouts Mosque in Gillwell Park, UK as well as others. Alhumdulillah.
I would like a particular ayah designed, can you help?
Yes in'shaAllah. We create our own artwork designs and work with calligraphers to create each design on paper first before being cut as 3D art. Please get in touch with your requirements.
Do you have a colour chart? I would like a specific colour?

Pricing and discounts
Creativity and imagination are at the forefront of our handmade arts and this cannot have a price tag. As artisans we spend a lot of thought on the design and materials to make it unique and high quality.
Our work is handmade, made with utmost attention to detail, which takes more time than a CNC/laser fabrication which is thinner and often mass produced copies of the hard work we undertake. The whole design and creation process takes a lot of time and a lot of hard work is involved in making our unique 3D art.
We use the highest quality materials for a high-end finish and our art is made by a skilled traditional Crafter with over 25 years handcrafting excellence. For these reasons our prices are fixed and we do not offer discounts.

For large projects including whole house commission, mosque commissions and special projects please do get in touch with us to arrange a bespoke virtual consultation via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. Please state your time zone and availability and we will get in touch
Buyers in Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

The Craft Studio is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3239825175830. Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
Buyers in Germany, please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers; Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
International Shipping, Customs & Delivery
If you are purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom, import Duties and taxes may be charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. For more information on any import charges please contact your local government. We are not responsible for any of these charges or subsequent charges due to non payment / returns and are unable to provide refunds on purchases due to non payment of customs.
